The account was gone in 2015 I had to send them a pic of my ID to get this one back even though I knew the username and password. The other account had been deleted. I had been gone for about 7 years at that time and was coming back. Joined AP shortly after that.

Disagree, they absolutely lost or deleted a paid account that I had, had a 220 meta and shade on that one. I came back after a long break in 2015 and that one was gone.
