Well, actually I did like Noobas said do 10 hard mission with some settings that should produce the mobs like medusas and borgs who would have a chance to drop miy armor. I didn´t see any of those mobs, only mechdogs were spawned. I then lowered the slider to 220 missions and I probably rolled 50-60...

No, Boomer, he is not a hunting dog. Newfoundlands are rescue dogs. They can be trained to save ppl in Water. They are very strong and can swim with 2 adults for quite a distance. They can even be trained to jump from helicopter and jump down to ppl in the water.
