As rojo says, the mobs has to be green or above for you to gain token, as the mechanics still give you xp for green mobs, you just dont see it. and iirc, a 220 can roll 195 og 199 missions, which will end in around 50-60% green mobs, which also only give token reward in, well, 50-60% of the time, so...
