Hello, my name is Dubbotar and I would like to join Athen Paladins.
I have been playing Anarchy Online for a long time, with a few breaks in between, and I was previously a member of Athen Paladins years ago. I’ve recently been getting back into the game, and I’m hoping to find a good community to do more with again.
Right now, logging in and trying to do everything completely solo feels a bit daunting, especially with the current size of the AO population. I remember AP as a helpful, active, and welcoming organization, and I’d like to come back if you’ll have me.
My time zone is US Central Time, and I am generally online late evenings, usually around 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM CST.
My main and most important characters are:
Dubbotar Bureaucrat 220/28 Clan
Drubbdor Soldier 220/24 Clan
Metaphor2 Meta-Physicist 220/19 Clan
Lollerskator Engineer 220/22 Clan
Dubbotwat Trader 215/17 Clan
I’m mainly looking for a long-term home where I can contribute, join org activities, relearn content where needed, and enjoy AO with other people again.

Join our guest channel on our org bot ("Bobsan") so we can meet in Anarchy Online:
- Ask any AP member to invite you to our guest channel. Just say you are an applicant.
You can usually find AP members at the ramp of the big Vanguards building near Old Athen Grid terminal (where the NPC Ramon Bauer stands).
OR
- Invite yourself: if you can’t find a member you can self invite by typing /tell Bobsan !join
These are temporary invites: do it again each time you want to be on guest chat.
Once on guest chat, feel free to introduce yourself and ask for an officer. Also ask for help with any questions you may have about your application.
At some point, an officer will contact you for a brief interview.
3. FIND AN OFFICER TO TALK TO
Help, questions, concerns, interview… Officers are here for you.
Once you are on our Guest channel (see #2 above), do !online in chat to see who is online and to find any of the officers listed below.
OR
You can directly see if a specific officer is online and on what alt, by using the command !is in chat, like for example, !is Reyz will return the character(s) Reyz is online with.
