The reason is we have started the relatively long process that will lead us to a new AP web site, already announced. (http://www.athenpaladins.org/forums/vie ... f=5&t=6175 with mini demo in private AP forum) WTB more time to do things faster! 
In the future, forums will be more focused on comments and discussions and all the "static" information (guides, FAQs, links, etc.) will me manage by the new framework with a much better access and hierarchy.
Also, Org life info and news will much more visible, at first sight when arriving on the site.
For the time being, we have regrouped all gear/professions forums posts in "Equipment and Professions".
Some other forums have been regrouped in Guides.
