Easy said - but which informations are important and/or helpfull?
And how do I give them?
- Use the templar-chatchannel, not the teamchannel.
- Allways remember (and use) the K.I.S.S-principle
K.I.S.S. is the abreviation for: "Keep it small, simple".
Let me give an example what I mean.
a) No-k.i.s.s.:
"There are 4 lumies with a big Custodian and they attack the turret at West-Facility. Some help is needed here"
Example from today, really happened - many words to say "inc!":
"[Templar] [Win-Deed]: I was the only one that stayed at gate...... they killed me and the gate is up...... they are comming for the rest of you now"
b) K.I.S.S.:
"Cust +4 W; need help"
Why is this short message enough and even better?
Several reasons:
Others can read it faster. One view is enough and they see what is going on.
If you think think the others need to know that there are strong attackers, include the names.
Example:
"Cust +4 W, Decept and Cog with them"
If the attackers have taken down the turret and have entered the facility:
"Gate down W, cust +4 in"
When someone has reraised the gate:
"gate up again W"
This are only examples; it is impossible to describe all situations. You will get into it fast, and if you keep your informations small, simple, but as complete as possible it will help everyone.

Also, please avoid terms like "here" and vague terms! 
"Need help here" means NOTHING: it implies someone already knows where you are and that you didn't move.
"Come help" means nothing.
Make the degree of emergency clear: "lumis at West facil" is too vague. Much better "Many Lumis WF, gate going down fast emergency" and if you wan roughly say how many, it's even better.
Also make clear if you are the enemy is outisde or inside a facility. Too often we see "Drags at east facil OMG LOL" when the situation is "WF gate down, 5 drags in, custo soon dead" which is much more critical.
