And I think the criterion you suggest, Vlien, is a good one for a chance for a successful raid "when we can do 18/18 NM and HE without problem". ("Without problem" doesn't mean "never fail" but means very rare failures IMHO)

Yeah Cx not perfection but yeah capable members (equip and builds) if we can do that the NY raid will be ours

I would highly recommend voice for the tutorial as it makes it way faster. i am happy to make a time that i can come and "lead"/"help"

TBH for a successful raid you need 2 things.

1) great co-ordination
2) solid DPS and heals.

and solid means upwards of 1900 DPS. The top guys in there do 3-5k dps on the last phase. Which is about 2.8-3.5k DPS in normal mode (you get a slight buff in last phase).
