Sorry to hear you were in hospital, Twill. We hope everything if fine and we wish you a prompt recovery anyhow.
We also have a question for you, mentioned in another thread: as your most usual time frame / zone somewhat lacks AP's for NM, would you be ready to get recruitment rghts and find new members for our Cabal?

A chat with you will simply tell you how to proceed when you meet/know someone that could be a good asset you AP.
The same "offer" applies to everyone. Unfortunately, the way Cabals are managed in TSW is very awkward and we have a limited number of members who can recruit at the same time. 
This means that ranks are relatively symbolic and can be changed according to who can work on recruitment at a given time.
