A note on #3: Assuming that particular mission isn't bugged/inactive atm, it appears you need to either solo kill or perform the finishing blow to tally a kill. I was in on squashing a group of Lizards just now but received no credit.

They've added a feature to Anima Wells. Each well now has a vortex thing right by it. If you own the well, you can teleport to a safe area by running into it.
I'm not sure why they made it easier to defend a well, but yep ... they did. Maybe this is a prelude to not having you resurrect with full health or something. (uh-oh)1

Yet more changes to Fusang tonight.
Damage is definitely boosted.
The Custodians are considerably tougher. They also seem easier to rile if you're using them as a defensive weapon.
They fixed the Kill mission so you get credit for all kills you had a part in. (or so it seems)
They also broadcast when a Facility is under attack, so no more ninja yoink on the Facs. It even tells you who is attacking it, so if you're like me & hate Dragon, you can go screw with them just on principle.
There are also many obvious upgrades on graphics & animations. AR in particular has gained some cool new audio on some attacks. I'm sure there are many more, though.
It's getting closer. I wish I didn't have to work this weekend, cuz Fusang is gonna be BANANAS!!
