Draculeets are in all the major areas, oa, bor, tir, etc they give missions and cast costume nanos. Pumpkinhead's are in 25-75% zones outdoors and they drop tshirts, costumes, weapons, armor etc. Most of it all nodrop junk, but some is worthy of finding. There's a +1 crit and xp sunglasses that are cool, the Chapman's that buff treatment etc, and I saw a new pair of melee type slippers this morning on test drop off one I want for my ma, buffed piercing, ma, had evades, were cool.

From doing mishions & killing uncle pumpkin head inside the mish the he drops chapmans or notums +20 str/stam guns or just junk.
