Forum-Discord Integration

Hello Paladins.
With thanks to Chrisax and all of his hard work, we have finally integrated the forums to post updates to Discord.

Please note that whilst we do all use Discord, we like to keep records of important notes and updates on forum for future references. Please try to logon to the forums at least once a week! :)
